Appraisal

A modest nineteenth-century townhouse, which despite losing most of its original features retains its façade composition and form. The building is an integral part of the urban fabric of this streetscape and forms part of an important terrace in the vicinity of St. Peter's Church, marking one the main approach roads into Portlaoise.
