Terraced three-bay two-storey house, c.1870, retaining original fenestration. Pitched (shared) slate roof with clay ridge tiles, rendered (shared) chimney stack, rendered coping to party wall, and cast-iron rainwater goods on rendered eaves. Painted rendered walls. Square-headed window openings with stone sills. Timber casement windows to ground floor, and 1/1 timber sash windows to first floor. Square-headed door opening with replacement glazed timber panelled door, c.1995. Road fronted with concrete footpath to front.
A well-proportioned modest-scale house that is distinguished by the variety of glazing patterns between each floor. Very well maintained, the house presents an early aspect, and contributes significantly to the visual appeal of Chapel Street (Capel Street).
