Detached irregular-bay two-storey with attic gable-fronted building, c.1905, now in use as a pub. Mock Tudor style brick and timber elevations with timber eaves and cornice to north east. Smooth rendered to south and west. Timber casement windows with leaded top lights and stone sills. Tiled panels below first floor and attic windows. Hipped tile roof with two decorative red brick chimney stacks.
An Edwardian building of great character, which adds variety to this two-storey streetscape. A significant landmark in Lucan village centre.
