Terraced two-bay two-storey house, c.1890. Roughcast rendered walls. Raised red brick surrounds to openings. Timber sash windows with stone sills. Timber panelled door with overlight. Later projecting open brick porch. Pitched slate roof with brick eaves and shared red brick chimney stack. Amalgamated with neighbour to right.
Part of a group of twenty terraced houses overlooking the River Liffey and the weir and sluice to the north of Lucan town. A fine example of nineteenth-century working class purpose-built housing, substantially in original condition.
