End-of-terrace two-bay two-storey house, c.1890. Roughcast rendered walls. Raised red brick surrounds to openings and red brick quoins. Replacement timber sash windows with stone sills. Simple timber door with overlight. Replacement pitched slate roof with brick eaves and red brick chimney stack. Simple iron gate.
Part of a group of twenty terraced houses overlooking the River Liffey and the weir and sluice to the north of Lucan town. A fine example of nineteenth-century working class purpose-built housing.
