Appraisal

A beautiful, finely executed monument known as "Sarsfield's Monument" and designed by architect James Wyatt with many superb examples of Greek classical decoration then fashionable. Its elevated position in an open location, though only recently moved here, allows a fuller appreciation of this remarkable historical feature.
