Detached ten-bay two-storey building, c. 1860, comprising six-bay section to east with two-bay breakfront to front and rere, and four-bay section to west, set slightly back. Now in use as a restaurant. Walls to street of rubble stone with brick to upper section and westernmost two bays. Blocked lancet openings to main section, timber casement windows to upper floors to west. Walls to yard roughcast rendered, with replacement timber casement windows. Large two-light window to segmental opening to breakfront. Pitched slate roof with simple timber bargeboards.
An attractive street fronted building which retains its original massing. Visually prominent at the western end of Palmerstown village.
