End-of-terrace two-bay two-storey house, built 1895. Extensively renovated. One of a group of three. Pitched (shared) roof with replacement artificial slate, clay ridge tiles, yellow brick Running bond (shared) chimney stacks, and iron rainwater goods on eaves having corbels. Painted roughcast walls. Square-headed window openings with cut-stone or rendered sills, and replacement uPVC casement windows. Square-headed door opening with rendered block-and-start surround having double keystone, and replacement glazed uPVC panelled door having overlight. Interior with timber panelled reveals/shutters to window openings. Road fronted with sections of iron railings to front on rendered plinth.
A pleasantly-composed modest-scale house built as one of a group of three related houses (with 12004001 - 2/KK-4766-04-01 - 2) forming an attractive assemblage contributing positively to the visual appeal of Green's Hill. Despite extensive renovation works including the loss of much of the original fabric having led to the erosion of some of the character the retention of the original composition attributes maintains some of the integrity of the group in the streetscape.
