Terraced three-bay single-storey with attic house, built c. 1820, as part of a terrace of seven, now disused. Pitched slate roof, clay ridge tiles, metal fixed casement roof lights, unpainted red brick flat-capped chimneystack base, tall diamond-shaped flat-capped chimney shaft, cast-iron gutters bracketed to eaves, cast-iron downpipe. Painted roughcast-rendered walling. Square-headed window openings, painted smooth rendered reveals, painted stone sills, painted timber casement windows. Square-headed door opening, painted stone plinth blocks, painted timber moulded door frame, painted timber and glass panelled door. Street fronting, flower beds to front, climbing shrubbery up front elevation, woodland and area to north-east, one of seven terraced houses.
This house forms part of a terrace that was built to house workers from the Ballymascanlon estate. The chimneystacks are particularly unusual and add to the charm of the terrace. As an overall composition the terrace is of great townscape value and a local landmark.
