Unpainted ruled-and-lined smooth rendered walling, projecting eaves corbel course. Square-headed window opening to south end, rendered sill, smooth rendered reveals, painted timber two-over-two sliding sash window. Square-headed door openings, smooth rendered reveals, painted timber vertically-sheeted doors. Set to east of main service buildings with two privies accessed from small service yard and circular privy accessed from east side, unpainted smooth rendered ruled-and-lined walls connect structure to buildings to north and south.
This building is of interest for its connection with the social domestic history of the country house and the workmanship evident in its conical roof.
