Terraced two-bay two-storey house, built c.1780. Pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystack. Rendered walls with render quoins. Square-headed window openings with stone sills. Stone block-and-start doorcase with cornice and spoked fanlight. Built as a pair with adjoining house to the east

This house was built as one of a pair of houses (including 14313060) and both houses retain their fine tooled stone doorcases and simple hub-and-spoke fanlights.
