Detached gable-fronted church, built 1967. Five-bay side elevations to nave, with single-bay entrance porch to the south and two-bay chancel to the north. Flat-roofed sacristy to the north. Pitched copper-clad roof with rendered chimneystack. Roughcast rendered walls with concrete buttresses and date plaque. Triangular- and square-headed openings with concrete sills and stained glass windows. Triples of pointed stained glass windows to nave. Stained glass windows and glazed timber doors to entrance gable. Interior is intact. Freestanding square-profiled roughcast rendered bell tower. Site is enclosed by roughcast rendered wall with steel gates.
Architectural design and detailing is apparent in the form and construction of this church. Utilising modern forms and materials, typical of the 1960s in Ireland, this building is an interesting example of church building in the latter half of the twentieth century. Artistic interest is added to the building by the stained glass and interior features.
