Cast-iron water pump, erected c.1870, with banded shaft, fluted neck, fluted cap with finial, spout and curved pumping handle.
This cast-iron water pump makes a positive contribution to the streetscape of the Clonee. The decorative detailing, such as the banding and fluting add artistic interest to this functional object.
