Single-span road bridge over river, built c.1869, comprising two wrought-iron double latticed girders with ashlar limestone terminating piers.
This bridge is an interesting example of late nineteenth-century engineering. The bridge is unusual in Meath due to the form and the materials utilised in its construction. The bridge makes and a notable and positive contribution to the surrounding area and is inscribed: 'John Neville MRIA County Surveyor Engineer T Crendon & Co. Drogheda Contractors 1869'.
