Terrace comprising four three-bay single-storey artisan's dwellings, built c.1900, with extension to rear of one. Set in their own yard. Pitched corrugated-iron roofs with yellow brick chimneystacks with terracotta pots, timber bargeboards and finial to gables. Yellow brick walls. Mix of timber casement and replacement windows with tooled stone sills. Square-headed door openings with one surviving timber battened half-door. Replacement doors to other structures. Site enclosed with modern wall.
Probably built by the Goodbody's as housing for their employees, this group of corrugated-roofed cottages have some notable features such as timber bargeboards to gables with finials and well-maintained yellow brick walls. These corrugated-iron roofs differ from the slate roofs of surrounding houses, forming an interesting insular group with the associated water pump.
