Appraisal

Although in need of repair, this once prosperous townhouse retains much of its original architectural character and expresses a good design. Certain features such as its impressive Doric pilastered doorway, petal fanlight and heavy raised-and-fielded panelled door are elements that contribute to the significance of this structure.
