Appraisal

Number 3 Pound Street is a modest terraced house. The attention to detailing seen in its various render treatments, string course and eaves course, marks it out, however, as a structure with architectural merit. The timber sash windows retain their margin lights and the segmental-headed window opening over the entrance door is a detail which elevates this structure from the more modest houses within its vicinity.
