Appraisal

The asymmetrically designed house displays notable architectural features that combine to create a stylish exterior, which is reflective of domestic designs of the architect John Skipton Mulvany. Elements including square-headed window openings with rounded corners, and the sprocketed pitched roof give the structure a unique character.
