Freestanding single-bay single-stage over raised base signal box, commissioned 1894, on a rectangular plan. Decommissioned, 1982. Now disused. Pitched slate roof with lichen-spotted terracotta ridge tiles, timber bargeboards to gables on timber purlins with timber finials to apexes, and no rainwater goods surviving on timber eaves boards on exposed timber rafters. Timber boarded walls in timber frame on red brick Running bond base. Remodelled square-headed "monitor window" with applied louvered timber fittings. Set in grounds shared with O'Hanrahan Railway Station.
A "Type 3" signal box supplied (1894) by McKenzie and Holland (established 1862) of Worchester contributing positively to the group and setting values of the O'Hanrahan Railway Station complex.
