Description
Graveyard with collection of cut-limestone markers, ob. 1820-1859. Set in landscaped grounds with rendered piers to perimeter having "Cavetto"-detailed cut-granite shallow pyramidal capping supporting crocketed wrought iron double gates.
Appraisal
A graveyard representing an integral component of the ecclesiastical heritage of south County Wexford with a collection of markers initialled or signed by John Ronin (d. 1859) exemplifying the early nineteenth-century Irish Churchyard Sculpture tradition in County Wexford.
