Semi-detached three-bay one and a half-storey house, built c.1880. The house is constructed in rubble granite with block and start brick window dressings and granite quoins. There is a later lean-to addition to the north elevation. Window openings are flat-headed with replacement two over two timber top-hung frames. The pitched roof is finished with natural slate and has uPVC rainwater goods; eaves are overhanging with decorative bargeboards and there is a decorative clay tile ridge. The chimneystack is in brick and has a slightly corbelled cap and clay pots. The building is slightly set back behind a low rendered wall with square gate pillars.
This is one of a non-matching pair of houses. Despite the replacement door and windows, this modest house is in good condition. It adds variety to the streetscape.
