Terraced three-bay two-storey house built c.1870. The house is finished in unpainted lined render with moulded quoins. The panelled timber door is framed with pilasters with console brackets, a plain fanlight and is set within a semi-circular headed opening with heavy moulded surround with keystone motif. The flat-headed window openings have uPVC frames. The pitched roof is finished with artificial slate and uPVC rainwater goods and has rendered chimneystacks with corbelled caps and clay chimney pots; some original serrated clay ridge tiles. The house is road fronted and is set within an eight house planned terrace.
A well preserved house which adds to the completeness of the terrace and the streetscape. NOTE: The houses are labelled as "Marlborough Terrace" on the Ordnance Survey County Wicklow Town of Arklow Sheet XL.16.17 (1885).
