The windows are flat-headed and filled with six over six timber sash frames and fixed multiple pane timber frames. The entrance sits within a recessed porch to the north-east corner of the extension. Cast-iron rainwater goods. The national school is set within grounds adjacent to the Catholic Church of Saint Patrick and Saint Killian.

Appraisal

This national school has retained its small scale rural charm and continues to blend in well with its surroundings.
