Description

Freestanding Church of Ireland church, built c. 1860, comprising three-bay nave with lean-to vestry and three-stage entrance tower. Built by the Purdon family. Rooflights added, c. 1985, to accommodate use as private house. Pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystack, cast-iron rainwater goods and cut-stone gable copings. Castellations and pinnacles to tower. Exposed stone walls with quoins to nave and having string courses and chamfered corner pilasters to tower. Pointed arch openings with cut-stone architraves and leaded windows. Timber matchboard door. Octagonal-profile font to front. Graveyard to site.
