Terraced three-bay single-storey house over basement, built c. 1860, as part of a terrace of five with the adjoining houses to the east and west. Pitched slate roof having rendered chimneystack and dormer windows. Rendered walls. Round-headed door opening with timber panelled door and fanlight. Replacement timber sliding sash windows.
Set back from the street, this terrace is located on an elevated position overlooking the city, which is characteristic of houses in this area. Built in the latter part of the nineteenth century, this terrace retains interesting features and materials, such as the slate roofs, round-headed door openings, fanlights and timber sliding sash windows. This house retains original timber sliding sash windows, fanlight, slate roof and dormer windows, this building remains an integral part of the terrace.
