Terraced three-bay three-storey house, built c. 1870. Pitched slate roof having red brick chimneystack. Rendered walls. Timber sliding sash windows. Timber panelled door with toplight.

The scale and form of this house make a notable and positive contribution to the streetscape, and it forms part of a modest though notable terrace with the adjoining buildings to the east. The building is enhanced by the retention of notable features and materials, such as the timber sliding sash windows and slate roof.
