Corner-sited end-of-terrace single-bay two-storey former house, built c. 1780, now in use as dry cleaners. Pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystack and rooflights. Rendered walls. Pair of timber sliding sash windows to first floor. Timber shopfront, c. 1970.
The small scale of this single-bay two-storey building contrasts with the larger two- and three-bay three-storey buildings in the streetscape. The steeply pitched roof is a notable eighteenth-century feature of this former house, and the building is enhanced by the retention of the slate roof and timber sliding sash windows.
