End-of-terrace two-bay three-storey former house, built c. 1760, refurbished c. 1870, now in use as public house. Pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystack and bracketed eaves course. Rendered walls with moulded string course at sill levels and having moulded render surrounds to window openings. Timber shopfront with casement windows and timber panelled doors, c. 1975.
The scale and form of this building make a notable and positive contribution to the streetscape. Built in the mid eighteenth century, this building was subsequently remodelled in the latter part of the nineteenth century. The regular façade of the building is enhanced by the timber sliding sash windows, moulded render window surrounds and bracketed eaves course.
