Description
Terraced two-bay three-storey house, c. 1835, with shopfront to ground floor, c. 1980; retaining slate pitched roof and small pane timber sash windows. Remnants of an earlier timber shopfront are evident below the modern shopfront.
Appraisal
This building is one of a pair and retains important features such as six over six pane timber sash windows, a slate roof and remnants of an earlier timber pilaster shopfront. It is unusual on a street where most of the buildings have undergone major modern interventions.
