Five-bay three-storey purpose built commercial premises, built 1881, with pedimented windows and elaborate limestone doorcase having Neptune head keystone. Double pitched and slated roof with parapet and cornice. Rendered walls.
Appraisal
Unusual and significant late nineteenth-century commercial building, with elaborate decorative details, in a style unlike that of the industrial buildings around it. The building has been altered but retains key details such as the elaborate limestone doorcase.
