Terraced three-bay single-storey over basement house, built 1896, retaining timber sash windows and timber panelled entrance door, with hood moulding above camber-headed openings and street frontage with yard area to rear. Slate pitched roof. In use as hospital accommodation.
Appraisal
Little altered late nineteenth-century terraced house, retaining timber sash windows with window guard to ground floor. Significant as part of group retaining hood moulding to front elevation and consistent scale and roofline. Important for the domestic scale of the streetscape.
