Terraced two-bay four-storey former warehouse, built c. 1860, now in use as public house. Pitched slate roof with pulley machinery. Exposed rubble stone walls with red brick dressings to openings. Square-headed openings to upper floors. Round-headed and segmental-arched openings to ground floor. Timber shopfront fascia, c. 1995.
The scale and form of this former warehouse make a positive contribution to the streetscape. This building is an interesting reminder of the industrial character which was once associated with this area of the city. The building retains many interesting features and materials, such as the loading machinery, loading doors, and some timber windows.
