Description

Terraced two-bay four-storey late-Georgian house, c. 1830; ground floor with mezzanine level. Slate pitched roof with dormer to front elevation, rendered chimney stack. Brickwork in Flemish bond to upper floors, rendered parapet with moulded cornice. Square headed openings with swept lintels, stone cills and replacement uPVC windows. Virtually intact timber shopfront with incised pilasters, and decorative brackets. Square headed entrance opening, display window and mezzanine openings.

Appraisal

Late-Georgian building which although it has had its windows replaced, retains an almost intact timber shopfront. Significant for these decorative details, and also as one of the terrace.
