End-of-terrace two-bay three-storey gable-fronted premises on corner site, c. 1760; shopfront to ground floor front, having slate pitched roof with aluminium rooflights and rendered chimney stack at ridge, single pane timber sliding sash windows, glazed shop front to ground floor with limestone pilaster to corner; street frontage and small enclosed area to rear.
Appraisal
Substantial late eighteenth-century premises on corner site, retaining some original external fabric. Having importance as part of distinctive eighteenth-century terrace on river.
