Terraced two-bay three-storey with attic gable-fronted premises, c. 1780. Facade remodelled with shopfront, c. 1910; in use as public house with residential accommodation to upper floor. Slate pitched roof gable to front elevation with finial large rendered chimney stack with brick extension. Retaining timber sliding sash windows, oculus to gable, and decorative shopfront to ground floor, with oval windows to side; street frontage and small enclosed area to rear.
Substantial late eighteenth- early nineteenth-century premises, retaining much original external fabric. Having importance as part of distinctive eighteenth-century terrace on river.
