Rendered walls with render quoins to breakfront and render string course dividing floors. Square-headed window openings to front (north) elevation with moulded sills and replacement uPVC windows. Square-headed door opening to with moulded shouldered surround with triple keystone detail and timber panelled door with overlight. Limestone step and threshold to entrance.

Appraisal

Interesting use of features such as breakfront delineated by quoins and shouldered surround, more commonly associated with classically inspired country houses than urban buildings. Though missing some historic fabric, it retains much of its original eighteenth century form and character and is a notable feature on streetscape.
