Square-headed door opening having replacement timber panelled door and spoked fanlight.

Appraisal

Built as one of four similarly scaled houses, these interesting buildings display unusually narrow façades. The group occupies an important position in the commercial centre and greatly enhances the streetscape. Features such as the wide eaves and camber-headed openings add to its historic character, with the simple early shopfront, retaining its substantial multiple-pane display window and delightful overlight, being of particular interest.
