Terrace of three two-bay two-storey former houses, built c.1820, having recent two-storey extension to rear (south-west) elevation. Now in use as retail outlet. Pitched slate roof having rendered chimneystacks and eaves course with cast-iron rainwater goods. Roughcast rendered walls. Square-headed window openings with stone sills and replacement two-over-two pane timber sliding sash windows. Square-headed door openings having replacement timber battened doors and limestone thresholds. Concrete yard to front and rear having rendered plinth wall to front.
A terrace of three houses which forms a notable group at the western entrance to Innishannon. The recent sympathetic renovation works are executed in traditional materials, and allow the historic character of the terrace to remain.
