Detached three-bay two-storey house, built c. 1910, having two-bay single-storey extension to rear. Pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystacks. Painted rendered walls. Square-headed six-over-one pane timber sliding sash windows, bipartite to outer bays, with painted render sills. Square-headed tripartite six-over-one pane window to extension with flanking four-over-one pane timber sliding sash side sashes. Render canopy to square-headed door opening with replacement uPVC door. Square-headed door opening with timber battened door to extension. Square-profile painted rendered piers with recessed panels and ornate caps having double-leaf cast-iron gates. Painted rendered walls with render copings terminating in second pair of piers.
This regular façade of this house is enlivened by the diminishing bipartite openings which retain timber sash windows, and the early extension to the rear has an interesting tripartite window. The piers and ornate cast-iron gates enhance the setting of the house.
