Free-standing single-arch humpback bridge over Awbeg River, built c. 1780. Dressed limestone walls with segmental arch having dressed and channelled rusticated voussoirs, and dressed limestone parapet wall with recent metal railings.
This bridge, known as "Hunting Bridge", forms part of Doneraile Demesne and forms a group with the other estate bridges and with the main house. Its steep humpback form is unusual and stands out in the landscape. The stonework to the walls and arch is evidence of the skill of masons of the eighteenth century.
