Roughcast rendered walls having smooth plinth course and iron tie-plates. Square-headed door openings to middle of gable elevations of lateral blocks, having replacement timber panelled doors.

Appraisal

This laundry is a typical structure associated with institutions such as, in this case, a hospital. It is enhanced by the retention of timber sash windows and its roof lantern.
