Attached double-pile gable-fronted five-bay two-storey warehouse, built 1882, now in use as offices. Pitched artificial slate roofs having rendered copings to gables. Red brick Flemish bond walls. Round-headed window openings with concrete sills to front (south) elevation, having block-and-start yellow brick surrounds and uPVC casement windows. Oculus window openings to gables with polychrome red and yellow brick surrounds and uPVC windows. Set within former mill complex.
An attractive former mill building set adjacent to the main mill building. It retains much of its original form, with a symmetrical facade that is enlivened by the use of yellow brick surrounds to the window openings and the polychromatic surrounds of the oculus windows. Part of a former woollen mill complex that operated for almost one hundred years, it is a significant reminder of the industrial heritage of the area.
