Description
Terraced single-bay three-storey house, built 1819, on a rectangular plan with shopfront to ground floor. One of a pair. Pitched artificial slate roof with cast-iron rainwater goods on rendered eaves. Rendered walls. Rendered shopfront to ground floor with fluted pilasters on plinths supporting crested modillioned cornice on fluted consoles. Square-headed window openings (upper floors) with cut-limestone sills, and concealed dressings framing casement windows. Street fronted.
