Appraisal

This attractive mausoleum, erected to house the remains of the Wilkinson family, is of a simple architectural appearance and forms an appealing feature in the grounds of the graveyard. The construction of this mausolea attest to high quality stone masonry, which is particularly evident in the fine carved detailing, including cut door surround that enhance the artistic value of the composition. The cast-iron door adds further interest to the building.
