Appraisal

The form of this house is that of a modest, nineteenth-century gentleman farmer's residence. Its simple, regular façade is distinguished by the finely cut limestone chimneystacks and ornate render window surrounds, which are similar to those of 219033016 suggesting a common craftsman. The doorcase is particularly well executed and retains its spoked fanlight.
