Attached single-bay single-storey gable-fronted mausoleum, dated 1846, on a square plan. Limestone flagged roof with ridge tiles. Snecked limestone walls on cut-limestone chamfered plinth with cut-limestone chamfered quoins to corners. Pointed segmental-headed door opening below coat of arms, cut-limestone block-and-start surround having chamfered reveals with hood moulding framing perforated iron door. Set in graveyard.
A mausoleum adjoining the ruins of the medieval Ballingaddy Church [SMR LI048-026001-]. The compact square plan, the construction in a blue-grey limestone, the neo-Gothic pointed door opening and the gabled roofline all contribute to its architectural interest. The gable front carries the arms of the Walsh family of Kilmallock while a pair of weathered plaques commemorate Stephen Barry Walsh (d. 1861) and Catherine Barry Walsh (d. 1874).
