Terraced four-bay two-storey former house, built c.1770. Now in use as offices. Pitched artificial slate roof. Dressed coursed limestone walls. Replacement one-over-one pane timber sliding sash windows with stone sills and stone voussoirs. Round-headed doorway with raised block-and-start surround, spoked fanlight and replacement timber battened door.
The stone façade of this building offers diversity of texture and materials to the streetscape, where the houses are mainly rendered. It retains its interesting stone doorcase.
