Terraced three-bay two-storey house, c.1850, retaining original aspect. One of a terrace of three. Pitched slate roof with clay ridge tiles, rendered chimney stack, rendered coping, and cast-iron rainwater goods. Painted rendered, ruled and lined walls. Square-headed window openings with stone sills, and 2/2 timber sash windows. Square-headed door opening with timber panelled door. Road fronted with stone flagged footpath to front.
This house, built as one of a terrace of three identical units, is an attractive building of modest appearance and proportions that has been very well maintained to present an original aspect. The house, together with the remaining houses in the terrace (22501945 - 6/WD-5632-21-964 - 5), is an important component of the streetscape, following the topography of the site through a stepped roofline while contributing to the historic character of Ballybricken Green.
