Appraisal

This house, built as one of a terrace of thirteen identical units, is an attractive small-scale building that retains its original form, together with important original salient features and materials. The house, together with the remainder of the terrace (22502245/WD-5632-21-1265), is of significance as an example of an early local authority housing project in the locality, and one which conforms to the topography of the locality through the graduated stepped profile of the roofline.
