Terraced three-bay single-storey local authority house, dated 1900, retaining original fenestration. Reroofed, pre-1999. One of a terrace of eight. Pitched (shared) roof with replacement artificial slate, pre-1999, clay ridge tiles, rendered chimney stack, and iron rainwater goods. Painted rendered walls. Square-headed window openings (one in bipartite arrangement) with stone sills, and 1/1 timber sash windows. Square-headed door opening with replacement tongue-and-groove timber panelled door, pre-1999. Road fronted with concrete footpath to front.
An attractive, small-scale house, built as one of a terrace of eight houses, which retains its original form and massing, and which is the only example in the terrace retaining substantial quantities of the original fabric. The house, together with the remainder of the terrace (22830329/WD-09-30-329), forms an appealing low-lying quality in the streetscape.
